PRICE INCREASE: Updated Commercial Roofing (U.S. only)

In the spirit of keeping you informed and maintaining open and transparent channels of communication, we have updated our announcement with the most recent price increase information. These increases are driven by sustained demand and the ongoing strain on supply chain due to raw material availability and challenges association with transportation of finished goods.

GenFlex	May 15, 2021	5%-7%
Johns Manville (updated)	May 15, 2021	5%-8%
CertainTeed (new)	June 1, 2021	7%
GAF	July 1, 2021	5%-7%
Johns Manville	October 1, 2021	5% (all Polyiso)

Per the manufacturer’s announcements, fasteners may increase as much as 35%. These increases are in addition to the existing increases on commercial roofing products that have been previously communicated across all markets.

We ask you to pay close attention to the quotations provided by Beacon regarding lead time and price duration. You may want to adjust your contract terms in accordance with current market conditions to set customer expectations appropriately and protect your business.
